Our purpose is to lay the foundation for life long learning beginning at conception.
We the staff of the SKIP Program believe in sharing developmental information with parents who are expecting or with children under the age of five. We plan to incorporate our knowledge and use the community resources available to provide the best possible service to the parents of our young children. We believe that children are born to learn and parent knowledge and empowerment is essential to achieve the best possible learning experience for each child individually.
