My Life is worth Living is an animated series geared towards assisting teens experiencing several challenging and emotional topics. There is a number of episodes with more topics in production that are created by licensed Behavioral Health Professionals.
Parentguidence.org is a free online service produced by licensed Behavioral Health Professionals aimed at helping parents to be understanding and supporting of teens who are struggling. These self-guided courses are available for free, for a minimal cost you may also have access to a licensed Behavioral Health Professional.
