Understanding of the District’s needs
Quality of proposed solution
Cost and overall value
References
-The District reserves the right to interview vendors or request additional information.
-The District reserves the right to reject any proposal that does not comply with E-rate competitive bidding requirements.
-The District may negotiate contract terms consistent with E-rate rules after bid selection.
-The District may cancel this RFP or reissue it if deemed necessary.
Bid Process:
· Prospective vendors review scope of work to estimate costs for bid
· Schedule meeting with Jeff Kline, Director Athletics and Facilities to meet and discuss pricing
· Itemized pricing list is preferred to ensure all included services are accounted for and part of how the District will consider which services and prices are best aligned to meet its needs
Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools utilizes the fields and park as part of its overall District operations. The district is seeking to secure lawncare services for these areas that will ensure a well-maintained, attractive, and safe for student use facility grounds is available for use.
